The mushrooms
Lion’s Mane
A soft, shaggy mushroom with a very mild flavour that disappears into chocolate.
Reishi
A glossy, firm mushroom, traditionally enjoyed as a tea or extract.
Cordyceps
A slender golden mushroom, blended into our bars as a fine extract.
